The term “RESISTANT / RESISTANT(E)” refers to the IP rating, where applicable, and can be found in the specifications of each product, where applicable. This term does not refer to resistance to shocks, mechanical impact, breaking, fire, throwing, hitting, etc. These aspects are not covered by warranty. More details can be found here.
A rugged phone, but not resistant to mechanical shocks, would be a device designed to withstand factors such as water, dust and other harsh environmental conditions, but not specifically designed to withstand impacts or mechanical shocks. Such a phone may be water- and dust-resistant, but may not have a construction or specific technologies to protect against damage caused by drops or hits.
These phones may be useful for people exposed to moisture, dust, or other unfavorable environmental conditions. It is important to check the exact specifications of such a phone to understand exactly what environmental conditions it can withstand and what types of damage are covered by its resistance.
In general, rugged phones that are not specifically designed for protection against mechanical shocks may offer some protection against wear and environmental conditions, but users should be aware of their limitations regarding resistance to drops and impacts, and these aspects are not covered by warranty.

Pre-orders are delivered in approximately 3–20 business days. This timeframe may change due to conditions beyond our control: carrier, customs formalities, legal holidays in Romania or the country of origin, weather conditions in Romania or in the manufacturer’s country, COVID-19 or other events beyond our control. Orders may also be delayed if you ordered a new model with “pre-order” status and the manufacturer postponed the launch for various reasons.
If the model with “pre-order” status is no longer manufactured (EOL), you will be notified and the order will be canceled, or upon request we will replace the ordered product with another product that is “in stock”.
By using this website, you agree to these terms of use. Access to and use of www.gpg.ro are subject to the following terms of use and all applicable laws. By visiting and using this website, you automatically accept the terms and conditions below. In the case of corporate customers, the terms and conditions below shall serve as the contract that you agreed to by using this website.
Discounts are valid while stocks last (if no period is displayed on the site) or for the promotional periods displayed on the site; any gifts are offered while stocks last.
PRP – Manufacturer’s Recommended Price.
The price paid by the customer will be the red one.
Promotional codes are valid only once; the customer subscription/abandoned cart code is valid only 24 hours. Multiple discount codes or loyalty points + discount code cannot be combined. This code is valid only once; if you have other orders and have used this code, it cannot be used again.
Flash sale discounts are valid as long as the promotion is active. If a flash sale is active, the notification and the end time will be displayed.
Loyalty points will be granted/can be used 30 days after the shipment date to the customer (the date on the AWB).
Please check the physical integrity of the parcels and the integrity of the contents at the time you receive them from Sameday, in the presence of the courier, and request a damage report if the products show signs of damage. The risk of product damage transfers to the customer when the customer takes physical possession of the products (according to GEO 34/2014, Article 20). Any complaints after reception of the product, in the absence of a damage report concluded together with the courier agent, are null and void.
If you pick up a parcel from an easybox, please inform us by email (contact@gpg.ro) on the day of pickup (same day). Please attach photos of the packaging and the product. Subsequent complaints are null and void.
Cash-on-delivery parcels sent for the purpose of refunding money will not be taken into consideration.
We do not accept parcels sent by post.
GPG Mobile reserves the right to complete and modify any information on the SITE.
Any issue caused by the products and/or services presented on the SITE will be settled amicably within 15 business days from the date the USER notifies us in writing of the problems.
GPG Mobile is not liable for any loss, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities if they are directly caused by failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
GPG Mobile is not liable for damages caused by the Site not functioning, as well as those resulting from the inability to access certain links published on the Site.
If an order was not picked up from the courier or easybox, we reserve the right to request the shipping cost in advance for a future order.

Attention! The prices of products brought on order may change depending on the RON–USD exchange rate; we reserve this right. Shipping costs may change depending on the tariff plan or delivery area of partner courier companies or those chosen by the customer.
gpg may change at any time, without prior notice, the price of any product or service presented on the website.
Placing a valid online order does not guarantee reservation and/or delivery of the ordered product. Stock confirmation and reservation of the product in order to fulfill the order are done by our operators by phone or email. The contract is considered concluded when the status changes to “completed order”.
By ordering on our website, you agree to receive the invoice and warranty certificate electronically by email. The user manual in electronic format is available on the site or will be sent by email. The warranty certificate is valid accompanied by the fiscal invoice containing the buyer’s details, the product and the product identification series.
To ensure that delivery details are correct, any order, before delivery, must be confirmed by email or by phone. Unconfirmed orders or those with erroneous data will not be delivered and will be canceled. To activate the order, please inform us by phone or email.
Cash-on-delivery orders exceeding 10,000 RON cannot be shipped; payment by card on the website or advance payment is required so that the cash-on-delivery amount does not exceed 10,000 RON.
We reserve the right to cancel orders whose products or services have erroneously/derisively displayed prices, if the product is not in stock and can no longer be purchased from the manufacturer/distributor.
gpg.ro may cancel an order placed by the customer after prior notification to the customer, without any further obligation of either party to the other or without either party being able to claim damages, in the following cases:
the transaction is not accepted by the issuing bank of the customer’s card, in the case of online payment;
the transaction is invalidated by the payment processor used by gpg, in the case of online payment;
the data provided by the customer on the website are incomplete and/or incorrect, and the customer did not correct these data in the account or did not contact Duastore to correct them, in which case gpg is unable to ship and/or provide the products and/or services in the order.
If the customer chose payment by bank transfer (OP) and within 5 days this payment is not confirmed, the order is canceled.

In case of cancellation of an order paid online, the amount will be refunded to the account within 1–7 business days (depending on each customer’s bank).
If a legal entity paid an advance for one or more products (the advance was agreed in writing before the order) and no longer wants that order, the legal entity loses the paid advance.
We do not assume responsibility for changes to specifications, package contents or form made by the manufacturer.
We are not responsible for the full or periodic functionality of some applications of other developers (YouTube, Facebook, Curve, Mi Pay, iGO, etc.).
We are not responsible for changes made by the manufacturer or developer to the operating system, menu content, display mode of functions, deactivation/activation of functions related to the operating system or third-party applications.
We do not assume responsibility for videos, images, etc. showing tests performed on products, mechanical shocks, immersion/wetting with water, etc. Each product has an indicated resistance rating in its specifications. These tests are performed at the user’s own risk; any damages resulting from these tests are not covered by warranty.
Some words or applications may appear in a language other than the selected one (Romanian or English) because they cannot be translated or are not used in Romania; they will be revised in future updates.
The payment due date for resellers and partners is a maximum of 15 days from the invoice issue date; after this date, legal penalties of 0.5%/day will apply (this penalty applies in the absence of a contract; the client purchasing from SC GPG Mobile Industries SRL means they agreed to these terms and conditions displayed on the site).
We are not responsible for defects occurring later or during service procedures for products that have come into contact with liquids or show signs of mechanical shock (broken or cracked housing, broken, cracked or fissured display). These defects may become more evident due to service procedures (gluing or ungluing).
In order to have warranty on the repair of a product, the Customer is obliged to accept replacement of all parts and subassemblies listed in the service sheet after diagnosis.
After repair and testing, under normal use, products with severe mechanical shock or contact with liquids may still develop minor or major defects that cannot be detected (cracked motherboard, cracked flex cable, interrupted battery, etc.).
ATTENTION! Phones sent to service for warranty/return/extended warranty must not contain personal data and must not be password-locked. Otherwise, the phone will be returned to the customer for compliant resubmission. The shipped parcel must not contain accessories that do not belong to the product (package contents at the time of purchase); we are not responsible for their loss.
For a correct assessment and diagnosis, it is absolutely mandatory to send the product together with the accessories received in the package.
Any product entering our service unit will obligatorily undergo sanitization, sterilization, factory reset and software update (where possible). This applies to products under warranty or extended warranty.
Driving any scooter/bicycle/electric car must be done in accordance with applicable legislation. Full responsibility lies with the user.
Any vehicle with a speed higher than 25 km/h requires a driving license.
If you want to limit scooters to 25 km/h (if applicable), we can help with software limitation instructions.
The minimum age to ride electric scooters and bicycles on public roads is 14.
A protective helmet is mandatory up to the age of 16.
Attention!! We do not perform tire replacement, puncture repair, etc.; we do not have a tire service.
About GoKart: This product may be used only on race tracks and/or private property. Because the maximum speed by construction is higher than 25 km/h, driving this product on public roads (carriageway or sidewalk) is prohibited. This product is intended to be driven and used exclusively off public roads. We recommend that you comply with the Romanian legislation in force.
Reviews, comments, communications and other content
Users may post reviews, comments or other types of content; send suggestions, ideas, ask questions, propose articles or other materials, as long as their content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not violate privacy or intellectual property laws; does not contain computer viruses, commercial or political communications, content that incites hatred or intolerance on ethnic, religious, racial, or sexual orientation grounds, mass messages or other forms of spam. When posting reviews, comments, communications and other types of content, you may not use false email addresses or false identities. edotec.ro reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit any content posted by users and has no obligation to periodically review this content. By posting reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on gpg.ro, you transfer, except where the Company indicates otherwise, intellectual property rights, on a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable basis, over the posted materials. The Company has the right to modify, reproduce, transmit, adapt, publish, distribute the materials posted by users, by any mass communication means, from any country. By posting reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on edotec.ro, you grant the Company the right to use your name in relation to the posted materials; you warrant that you own or otherwise control the intellectual property right in the materials you post; and that the posted materials do not violate any posting conditions for reviews, comments, communications and other forms of user content on edotec.ro.
gpg.ro has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit or delete any content or user activities on the Site. gpg.ro is not responsible and assumes no liability for any materials posted by other third parties on the Site. gpg.ro has the right not to publish all comments and articles proposed by users. Moderation of a review may take up to 90 business days.
The customer agrees to receive or manually download the user manual online in electronic format. This manual is available for each ordered product on the site, under the download tag. If you encounter difficulties, please request it by email at contact@gpg.ro.
Repeated/abusive orders for the same product will be canceled.

The fiscal invoice and warranty certificate are issued and sent electronically to the email address provided at the time of the order. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that the invoice, warranty certificate and user manual are issued electronically.
According to the Romanian Road Code, for electric vehicles that can travel at speeds below 25 km/h, a category AM driving license is NOT required, under HG 3/2001 and OG no. 78/2000.
Parcels not picked up from the courier are returned to our headquarters. Service or return parcels that were sent to the recipient and were not picked up from the courier for any reason will be returned to us. In order to reship the parcel, the round-trip courier fee must be paid. If the holder of the product(s) or the authorized person does not claim the parcel, it will remain at our headquarters for 6 months, after which it will be sent for scrapping or valorification to recover costs previously communicated. Bulky parcels (over 5 kg) not picked up and received at our headquarters or at the working point, after 15 days, will be charged storage costs: 1 RON/kg/day. Parcels for which we have written email confirmation that the repair/diagnosis/transport fees are not to be paid will be stored at our headquarters or working point. Bulky ones (over 5 kg) will be charged 1 RON/kg/day. After 6 months they will be scrapped or valorified to recover costs previously communicated.
