For corporate clients (legal entities), the terms and conditions below shall serve as the contract you agreed to by using this website.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
Withdrawal period – individuals (natural persons): 14 calendar days.
Withdrawal period – legal entities (companies): 48 hours.

Please read the product return conditions carefully before completing the form.
Digitally delivered (virtual) products cannot be returned.
Products in the sanitary category cannot be returned. The exception is infrared thermometers.
In the event of a return, loyalty points cannot be returned.
In all product return situations, items must be in the same condition in which they were sent to the Customer, in the original packaging, with all accessories, with the original labels intact, and together with all documents that accompanied them (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). Returned products must be in the same condition as when received: without defects (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the Customer in correspondence with hipi.ro).
In accordance with applicable law, hipi.ro reserves the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may deteriorate (perishables) or degrade quickly, such as underwear, swimwear, socks, and unsealed cosmetic products, as well as food products. On each product page there is information regarding the possibility of return. Products that constitute a set must be returned as a set.
If an order for which a gift product was offered is returned, the customer is obliged to return the complete package: both the product and the gift in their original condition, undamaged and unopened.
You may return products within 14 calendar days from the moment they were delivered to you by courier.
Please complete the return form no later than the 14th calendar day from the delivery date; after that date, requests will not be taken into account.
Shipping the return parcel is the customer’s responsibility. The customer must ensure that the product reaches the seller within a maximum of 14 days from the date of the request; after this period, the return is no longer valid.
You may send the parcel with any courier except Romanian Post (Poșta Română). The return shipment is the customer’s responsibility (both handing it over to the courier and paying the transport). The return address can be found on the invoice.
We assume no responsibility in any situation if a parcel reaches us broken, dented, with incomplete contents, etc.
WE RECOMMEND SENDING RETURN PARCELS WITH SAMEDAY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS SENT WITH ANOTHER COURIER, AND WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS SENT TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS OR WITH INCORRECT CONTACT DETAILS.
We, hipi.ro, can assist you by sending a courier to pick up the product you wish to return.
WE DO NOT WORK WITH ROMANIAN POST.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPROPER PACKAGING BY THE CUSTOMER WHEN SENDING THE PRODUCT FOR WARRANTY OR RETURN.
It is necessary to package the product(s) very well; the parcel must обязательно include the invoice and the warranty certificate.
In the case of product returns and for sending items to service, we are not responsible for SIM cards and SD cards forgotten in devices or lost.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO STICK THE AWB DIRECTLY ON THE PRODUCT PACKAGING; IN THIS CASE THE PRODUCT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN!!!
All products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them, both aesthetically and hygienically. You must return the products in the original packaging, accompanied by the original labels intact, the original warranty certificate and all documents with which they were delivered to you, as well as all accessories or gifts received together with that product.
Also, if the delivered products were accompanied by any gifts, you must return the gifts as well.
If multiple identical products were purchased and you return all of them, only one product may be unsealed.
Returns are not accepted if the products meet at least one of the following conditions:
unauthorized interventions have been performed on the product;
they show traces of dust, hair, or other signs of use or anything related to hygiene;
factory-applied foils and labels have been removed;
they show wear marks or excessive use;
scratches, chips, dents, or mechanical/electrical shocks;
they do not include all accessories received in the package;
any writing/notes have been made on the product box;
the product was part of a special order (a special order is one that is not part of the Supplier’s usual stock but can be delivered based on a firm order and payment of an advance);
the product is password-locked by the customer and is sent without removing user accounts or passwords from the device;
products with active Mi account, iCloud, etc.;
activated OEM licenses;
they meet one of the specific conditions depending on the product type;
in-ear headphones/earbuds (they can affect the health of the second user) if they have been unsealed; otherwise, the disinfection fee is 10 RON;
vacuum cleaners or air purifiers containing filter elements cannot be returned if they have been used and the filters show dust/dirt, proof of use indicated by the device’s time-life, etc. (if the device is nevertheless in like-new condition, the customer will be charged only for the filter elements by replacing them with new, original ones).
If you wish to return a smartwatch, you must disconnect it from your phone/tablet and remove it from the app with which it was synchronized. Failure to comply with this condition results in refusal of the return.
In accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and completion of normative acts, the Customer has the following rights and obligations regarding withdrawal from a distance contract:
The Customer has the right, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, to withdraw from the contract without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring costs other than those provided in art. 13(3) and art. 14 of E.O. No. 34/2014, within 14 days starting from the day on which they take physical possession of the product. The return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes to return only those products that are in the same condition in which they were delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents). Products showing physical alterations, dents, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return.
hipi.ro will reimburse the Customer the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer informs hipi.ro of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
Dulastore.ro may postpone reimbursement of the product value until receipt of the sold product or until receipt of proof that it has been shipped.
According to the law, the following are exempt from the right of withdrawal from the Contract:
service contracts, after full performance of the services, if performance began with the Customer’s prior express consent and after the Customer confirmed that they acknowledge they will lose the right of withdrawal after full performance of the Contract by the Seller;
supply of goods and/or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which the Seller cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
supply of goods made to the Customer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the Customer;
supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of concluding the Contract, the delivery of which cannot be made before 30 (thirty) days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations which the Seller cannot control;
contracts where the Customer has specifically requested the Seller to visit their home to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance. If, during such a visit, the Seller provides services other than those expressly requested by the Customer or supplies goods other than the spare parts indispensable for the repair/maintenance works, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or goods;
supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software which have been unsealed after delivery;
supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, except subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with the Customer’s prior express consent and after the Customer confirmed that they acknowledge they will lose the right of withdrawal. These limitations apply according to E.O. 34/2014 art. 16.
According to applicable legislation, any buyer may return any product purchased from the online store www.hipi.ro within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt by the consumer, without penalties and without stating any reason. The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they renounce the purchase.
We recommend that products be returned in the original packaging (to ensure the possibility of resale and to protect them during transport) and accompanied by all shipped documents and accessories (invoice, warranty certificate, user manual). The packaging, product, and received accessories (including gifts, if applicable) must be presented both aesthetically and technically exactly as you received them. Otherwise, the return can no longer be carried out.
The product return fees are borne by the customer.
Parcels sent cash on delivery for the purpose of refunding money will not be taken into consideration.
hipi.ro will refund the value of the products within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment the product is returned.
If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, we reserve the right to request a depreciation/restoration fee (E.O. 34/2014 art. 14(3)) if possible, or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand, or, at the customer’s option, we will ship the product back to them at their expense.
Attention: remaining parts (if possible) after restoring the product to its initial condition become the seller’s property. If you wish to receive replaced parts (if possible), an estimate and itemized offer will be provided for each part at list prices.
If within a maximum of 72 hours from being informed about the restoration fee the customer does not communicate whether they agree or not with its retention, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense. In this case, if the customer does not wish to receive the product, it will be returned to us and we will store it for 6 months. After the 6 months expire, the product becomes the property of hipi.ro.
Assessment of the damaged product returned by the customer within the legal 14 days is performed within a maximum of 7 business days.
Installed foils, damaged/broken foils, installed spare parts, and used accessories that show signs of use CANNOT BE RETURNED. We do not assume responsibility for the installation of parts, accessories, or foils by other persons.
This clause applies according to E.O. 34/2014, in the case of purchasing products from this website using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions included in E.O. 34/2014 art. 2 letter e.
The return period does not apply to partner customers (companies) or those who have placed a special order by paying an advance or for a quantity greater than 1 piece/model.
The transport cost in case of return is 15 RON for parcels up to 4.9 kg, and for those over 4.9 kg the cost is 49 RON and is borne by the customer.
Products placed as a special order cannot be returned except in case of manufacturing defect.
