Products with digital delivery (virtual) are not covered by the warranty and cannot be returned.
The provision of digital content that is not delivered on a material medium, if the service has begun with the express prior consent of the Customer and after the Customer has confirmed that he has become aware of the fact that he will lose his right of withdrawal.
These limitations apply according to OUG 34/2014 art. 16.
